Institutional capital does not fail to reach the Global South for lack of opportunities. Every critical step is a gate. A gate stays locked until an independent, accountable professional reviews the evidence and stamps it. Software can prepare, check and route — it cannot approve on its own.

Where it stands

All eight gates run in the TUDOS sandbox since June 2026. That is a sandbox, not a licensed production service: no client money moves through it. Why it matters beyond TUDOS
